Reporting to the Director of Procurement Operations, the incumbent is responsible for receiving requests from job sites, planning and directing them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring proper follow-up on these requests. They are accountable for ensuring full satisfaction of internal clients and for evaluating logistics services across their region.
They work closely with the Equipment Department, Procurement Department, Pre-Construction Department, and job sites.
What you will do

• Decide whether to use internal fleet resources or the procurement department for incoming job site requests;
• Receive all requests from job sites within their assigned department and region, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate service departments;
• Evaluate the quality of logistics services and provide recommendations to improve performance;
• Conduct regular visits to job sites (clients) to maintain strong relationships and ensure services meet their needs;
• Process equipment and consumables requests from warehouses/yards related to their assigned region;
• Depending on regional volume, proceed with certain purchases through purchase orders while remaining aligned with the category specialist;
• Attend all project kick-off meetings for their assigned department to fully understand project challenges and requirements;
• Review and monitor performance indicators related to customer service.


This role could be for you if you have

• Diploma in logistics or procurement, or equivalent experience;
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil and infrastructure projects (e.g., deep foundations, structures, earthworks, sewer and water systems);
• Strong experience in sales or client relationship management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of autonomy and ability to manage urgent situations effectively;
• Willingness to travel within the assigned province as required.
