What You Will Do

• Implement, enforce, and maintain the Project QMS, aligned with company standards.
• Lead the development and execution of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) by trade.
• Define inspection requirements, hold points, acceptance criteria, and documentation needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and issue clear, actionable reports.
• Lead non-conformance (NCR) management, including root cause and corrective actions.
• Maintain complete, traceable quality records (inspections, testing, NCRs).
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Act as the primary quality authority on site, driving compliance across all trades.


What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
• Experience with inspections, testing coordination, and NCR management
• Ability to interpret and enforce technical requirements on site.
• Comfortable working independently in a site-based leadership role.

Additional Requirements
• Eligibility to obtain secret clearance is required.
• Experience developing or managing ITPs
• Exposure to ISO 9001 or structured QMS environments
• Experience on large or complex construction projects
