In this context, the role of Director – Talent, Culture and Leadership is a key strategic lever. You act as a trusted partner to leaders within the Building business unit, supporting them in the development of their organizational capabilities, their teams, and their leadership, in alignment with our organizational culture.

Working within a strong collaborative model, you will:

•Act as a trusted HR partner, bringing both operational insight and strategic perspective to inform decision-making
•Leverage TCL expertise and promote integrated, aligned, and sustainable solutions
•Build strong relationships with Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent and tailored approaches
•Work closely with leaders to translate business challenges into clear, actionable people priorities
•Contribute to fostering a sustainable culture rooted in alignment, agility, and engagement

What you bring to the role day-to-day
Strategic partnership

•Act as a strategic advisor to Vice Presidents and Directors
•Support the clarification of talent, organizational structure, and leadership challenges in a growth context
•Influence decisions using data and analytical tools
•Contribute to the evolution of organizational models, roles, and team capabilities
•Lead a team of 3 HR professionals, covering all HR-related matters (compensation, labor relations, performance, disciplinary matters, and terminations)
•Step in as needed to ensure efficient, rigorous, and timely management of HR issues

Leadership and culture development

•Support corporate managers in developing behaviors aligned with Pomerleau’s culture
•Promote the adoption of new TCL approaches integrating AI and analytics into management practices and cultural evolution
•Support the concrete integration of culture into day-to-day practices
•Guide leaders and teams in evolving their management practices using modern approaches (real-time data, intelligent tools, HR process automation)
•Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing environment

What defines you

•8 to 12 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a growth or organizational transformation context
•Proven experience as a senior HR business partner, with the ability to navigate complex and fast-evolving environments
•Strategic thinking grounded in operational reality — you think big while staying pragmatic
•A natural collaborative mindset: you enjoy working with others, thrive in a matrix structure, and value the expertise of your colleagues
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English
A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
