What you will do

•Read and interpret construction plans.
•Be present on site to monitor the progress of the work.
•Mobilize and supervise teams to ensure compliance with the established schedule.
•Work in collaboration with specialized subcontractors mandated by Pomerleau.
•Prioritize activities based on project needs.
•Schedule the interventions of the various trades.
•Optimize work sequences to ensure efficient execution and alignment with expectations.

This role could be for you if you have

•A minimum of 3 years of experience as a foreman.
•A valid CCQ card.
•A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
