As a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging emerging talent across Canada, with a particular focus on target institutions in Québec and the Montréal region. You will be actively involved in managing end-to-end campus recruitment, building strong partnerships with academic institutions, and supporting the growth of our internship and new graduate programs.
What you will do

• Organize and execute campus events at targeted schools in Québec.
• Represent Pomerleau at career fairs, networking events, and campus presentations (travel required across Canada ~25%).
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student associations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Conduct manager check-ins and mid-internship feedback sessions.
• Support the onboarding, intern experience, and integration of campus hires into the organization.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting student and early-career talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.


This role could be for you if you have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally focused on campus or early-career recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time across Canada.

• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is an asset.
