Under the supervision of the Director of Training and Leadership Development, the position holder will be responsible for formalizing training requests and coordinating all stages of design, from needs analysis to impact measurement
What you will do


• Gather and analyze training needs identified by the leadership development team;
• Develop training plans, outlines, and/or scenarios;
• Work closely with the content expert to collect information and document training materials;
• Develop learning materials such as exercise workbooks for participants and facilitators, presentations, reference guides, work tools, videos, e-learning, quizzes, 360-degree videos, etc;
• Measure the impact of implemented training programs, aiming to continually improve their content and thus reinforce and support acquired and desired behaviors;
• Develop training programs using blended learning approaches;
• Contribute to the promotion of training programs or activities;
• Contribute to enhancing the corporate image of the Pomerleau Academy;
• Proactively seek training providers and establish partnerships with them;
• Identify best practices by actively participating in technological monitoring in learning, telepresence, and the evolution of virtual reality;
• Document the process of creating and deploying training.



This role could be for you if you have

• Diploma in educational technology is an asset;
• A graduate diploma in adult education and training will be considered a major asset;
• Relevant experience in adult training program design (Andragogy);
• Knowledge of the construction industry will be considered a major asset;
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Mastery of the Adobe suite;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities;
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization;
• Strong analytical skills;
• High creativity;
• Initiative mindset;

• Ability to travel anywhere in Canada.
