As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring quality compliance and overall project performance.
With a strong field presence, you will support project teams in meeting contractual, regulatory, and internal quality requirements through a rigorous, proactive, and collaborative approach. Leveraging your practical mindset and ability to work closely with teams, you will directly contribute to achieving quality standards and project success.
What you will do

Quality management on projects
• Deploy and enforce the Quality Plan on construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, codes, and internal procedures.
• Implement required quality controls at the various stages of construction work.
• Monitor, analyze, and close non‑conformities.

Field presence and team support

• Maintain an active presence on construction sites to support field teams.
• Act as a quality resource for Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors.
• Participate in site meetings as required.

Continuous improvement

• Identify quality risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Propose, implement, and follow up on preventive and corrective actions.
• Contribute to the improvement of quality practices, tools, and processes.
• Participate in lessons learned and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Documentation and reporting

• Manage, update, and monitor quality documentation.
• Prepare required quality reports for projects and management.


This role could be for you if you have

• Training in construction (trade diploma or technical diploma), engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in quality management within construction projects.
• A strong understanding of on‑site realities and construction constraints.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Strong technical documentation skills and comfort with digital tools.
