The advisor plays a key role in supporting users and stakeholders during the implementation of technology projects. He or she facilitates the adoption of new solutions by ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition aligned with the needs of the business units.
What you will do

• Design and implement technology adoption strategies, ensuring their operational integration and user adoption within cross-functional projects
• Develop customized adoption plans based on recognized models such as ADKAR (Prosci)
• Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of strategic projects
• Facilitate change management and engagement workshops
Implement tactics to sustain technological changes over time
• Work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, HR, finance, etc.) to understand project needs, challenges, and impacts
• Coordinate change management activities with various partners and stakeholders
• Identify potential resistance and implement mitigation strategies
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust approaches as needed
• Act as a coach and support resource for project managers, equipping them to effectively lead change

This role could be for you if you have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting technology adoption and/or change management within digital transformation contexts
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong knowledge of the ADKAR model and PROSCI certification (an asset)
• Strategic mindset with a strong user experience focus

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
