We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to actively contribute to the quality and structure of our project and resource database in Salesforce.

Working closely with the Qualifications & Proposals team, you will play a key role in:

• Improving data quality and integrity
• Creating project profiles and strategic content
• Optimizing the narratives used in our proposals

You will leverage tools such as Copilot to organize, structure, and assemble information, while applying your professional judgment to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing, organizing, and enhancing information and is looking to grow in a dynamic environment where data quality has a direct impact on business outcomes.
What you will do

• Clean, validate, and structure project-related information within Salesforce.
• Identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and non-relevant data.
• Ensure the consistency, integrity, and reliability of the data used across the organization.
• Assess the relevance of information for project profiles and corporate résumés.
• Distinguish key differentiators and value-added content from secondary information.
• Apply quality and consistency standards to all project and resource content.
• Review, refine, and enhance project narratives.
• Organize and structure information to create clear, compelling, and consistent project profiles.
• Ensure high standards of written communication and linguistic quality.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to compile and structure project profiles.
• Review, refine, and enhance AI-generated content to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.
• Recommend improvements to data management and content structuring processes.
• Contribute to the standardization of content, templates, and best practices.

• Comfortable using technology and interested in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve productivity and content quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Professional Writing, or a related field.
• Experience in writing, translation, data analysis, or project coordination is considered an asset.
