Under the supervision of the Vice President of Health and Safety, you will have the opportunity to take on important and diverse responsibilities that will allow you to fully leverage your potential.
What you will do :
• Handle and draft all required correspondence and ensure the execution of various mandates across departments.
• Act as a key resource for the Vice President of Health and Safety; serve as the main point of contact, triage requests, and address them as needed.
• Coordinate executive meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations.
• Proactively identify and report any obstacles or blockers.
• Manage the Vice President’s calendar efficiently and proactively, including travel arrangements and business trip logistics.
• Organize and maintain an effective filing system.
• Monitor and prioritize tasks, ensuring the quality and efficiency of existing processes.
• Facilitate the execution of the Vice President’s tasks and responsibilities.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure smooth communication among team members.
• Translate various communications when needed.
• Prepare, track, and follow up on executive expense reports and payments.
• Summarize and structure information received from various stakeholders and/or executives.
• Draft various publications, editorials, and speeches.

This role could be for you if you have :
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in a relevant field
• Demonstrates creativity, autonomy, and versatility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and political acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
• High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrates discretion and maintains strict confidentiality
• Sound judgment and ability to anticipate needs and requirements
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
• Demonstrates integrity and a caring, respectful attitude
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency with technological tools such as Copilot is an asset
