Under the responsibility of the Manager, Executive Compensation and Ownership, the incumbent will play a strategic role in managing, evolving, and optimizing the share ownership program. They will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring the program’s consistency, compliance, and effectiveness.
What you will do

• Lead the administration of the share ownership program (granting, tracking, deadlines, communication, etc.) while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare and interpret analyses, dashboards, and strategic reports related to share ownership.
• Participate in developing internal communications for employees and managers.
• Contribute to the configuration and evolution of technological tools related to the share ownership program.
• Ensure program compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and market best practices.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to guarantee data integrity and adherence to deadlines.

This role could be for you if you have

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a large company or matrix environment.
• Good understanding of executive compensation principles and long-term incentive programs.
• Strong skills in Excel and proficiency with HR management tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively.

Additional assets:
• Knowledge of accounting or tax standards related to equity compensation.
• Experience with long-term incentive program administration tools (e.g., Solium, Shareworks, EquatePlus).
• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
