The financial Director plans and directs all the financial and administrative aspects of a partnership created for the execution of a major construction contract lasting several years.
What you will do:

• Prepare and present financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow);
• Develop and lead teams;
• Ensure team members comply with financial policies and procedures;
• Oversee internal financial controls, accounting processes, and ensure compliance with tax obligations;
• Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process, analyze results, and adjust forecasts;
• Coordinate cost control;
• Analyze project-related financial data;
• Design, implement, and continuously improve financial management processes;
• Participate in financial systems development initiatives;
• Manage and develop human resources and employee relations;
• Assist the HR team in improving recruitment and employee development processes;
• Implement and monitor client communication strategies.


This role is for you if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, or business administration;
• A professional accounting designation (CPA);
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Controller or Finance Director;
• Advanced level of English;
• Knowledge of SAP software (an asset);
• Experience in implementing an ERP system (an asset);
• Positive leadership and ability to mobilize and engage teams;
• Advanced knowledge in accounting, taxation, and business law.
