We are seeking a Senior Project Lead who will play a strategic role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of key internal and corporate communications initiatives.
A true project management reference within the team, this individual will contribute to the evolution of practices, process optimization, and the alignment of initiatives with organizational priorities. The role requires strong analytical skills, influence-based leadership, and a high degree of autonomy.
What You Will Do


• Lead multiple special projects from ideation through delivery
• Define project scope and objectives, identify stakeholders, build timelines, monitor budgets, and deliver outcomes
• Act as the project management point of reference for the Communications team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives
• Design and deploy internal and external communication plans with the support of Communications specialists and coordinate deliverable execution
• Identify employee engagement opportunities and implement innovative strategies
• Measure the impact of initiatives and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and apply project-related policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee the governance of the Pom-Store platform, including collection development, process optimization, and customer service supervision
• Manage special requests for promotional items to ensure alignment with brand image and corporate vision

• An interest in promotional products and the fashion industry

Qualifications
• Degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and project management software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
