Copilot said: At the heart of Pomerleau’s HR digital transformation, the Employee Services Coordinator plays a key role in the employee experience by acting as the main point of contact for HR systems support. They ensure a high-quality user experience for employees and managers, maintain the integrity of HR data within systems, ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, and contribute to the smooth execution of HR administrative operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

User Support

•Handle a high volume of support requests related to HR applications simultaneously, ensuring rigorous and prioritized follow-up
•Diagnose first-level issues and ensure proper resolution or escalation as needed
•Support users in the use of HR systems (SAP •SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.)
•Simplify and explain HR policies and processes to users
Document procedures, recurring solutions, and best practices

HR Administrative Support

•Create and update organizational positions
Perform various administrative tasks related to HR operations
•Track documents, forms, and approval processes
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes

HR Systems & Continuous Improvement

•Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data within HR systems
•Participate in testing and validation activities related to HR system projects and enhancements
•Produce basic reports and perform data tracking
•Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams as needed
•Contribute to identifying and automating recurring tasks


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education & Experience

•Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or application support role
•Experience in the construction industry or a multi-site environment (asset)

Technical Skills

•Experience with an HR Information System (HRIS) (asset)
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written

Interpersonal Skills

•Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
•Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality follow-up
•Autonomy and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment
•Discretion and respect for confidentiality
