The ideal candidate is agile, responsive, and able to effectively address operational and labour relations issues in real time.
What you will do
In collaboration with the Talent, Culture and Leadership Business Partner, the successful candidate will:
•Act as a trusted partner to project teams and advise managers on labour relations matters in a construction site environment;
•Ensure the application and interpretation of the R-20 Act, applicable regulations, and construction industry collective agreements;
•Support managers in workforce management matters, including disciplinary issues, layoffs, recalls, rehiring, and other labour relations files;
•Proactively address labour-related issues, working conditions, and trade jurisdiction matters;
•Collaborate with unions, employer associations, the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), and other industry stakeholders;
•Support the prevention and resolution of labour relations disputes to ensure operational continuity;

•Prepare analyses, recommendations, and advisory reports for managers and internal stakeholders.

This role could be for you if you have

•Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and manage complex situations in a field-based environment;
•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
•A pragmatic approach, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
