The Corporate Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and driving the Business Unit’s quality approach across its various departments.
What you will do

QUALITY TOOLS (PROCORE OR EQUIVALENT)
• Train, coach, and support internal and external teams in the use of Quality tools (Procore, Cortex, Standards, Laws & Regulations, etc.).
• Onboard new employees and promote best practices related to Quality tools.
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and maintain data integrity within Quality tools.
• Test new functionalities, assess their impact, and define deployment strategies.
AWARENESS, TRAINING, AND COMMUNICATION
• Facilitate Quality onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Contribute to the development, updating, and dissemination of QMS training materials and related documentation.
• Keep training content up to date.
• Promote a culture of Quality throughout the organization.

ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)
• Contribute to the management of Quality Assurance processes within the ISO 9001 framework.
• Participate in updating Quality Management System (QMS) processes and documentation.
• Collect and provide data required for management reviews and quality system performance monitoring.

QUALITY DOCUMENTATION
• Assist in identifying documentation needs in compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Update Quality documents and records and recommend improvements to document control practices.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, and forms).
• Ensure Quality-related information is effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING
• Update Quality statistics, dashboards, and KPIs, and communicate results to management.
• Prepare documentation for monthly and quarterly meetings.
• Participate in Quality meetings and present performance indicators.

NON-CONFORMITIES, RISK MANAGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
• Contribute to the management of non-conformities, including analysis, follow-up, and closure.
• Recommend, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead assigned initiatives.
• Collect project closeout documentation and Quality lessons learned.

QUALITY AUDITS
• Participate in the planning and execution of internal Quality audits in accordance with the annual audit program.
• Contribute to updating the audit program and schedule.
• Coordinate the logistics of internal and external audits with relevant teams.
• Conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit program (if certified as an internal auditor).
• Record, monitor, and close audit findings and non-conformities (if certified as an internal auditor).
• Ensure follow-up on audit observations and non-conformities using applicable tools.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of audit tools and related performance indicators.

Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry and in quality management on construction projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Ability to demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and a proactive approach.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Procore, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification/designation is considered an asset.
Languages

• Proficiency in French and/or English, both spoken and written.
