As a Project Coordinator within our Buildings division, you will manage several activities and deadlines to gain a clearer picture of client, team and project needs. What you will do

• Assist the project team with coordination and project support;
Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients;
• Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules;
• Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents;
• Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market;
• Take pride in compiling and completing company wide project reports;
• Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings;
• Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project. Effectively apply the requirements of the project specific safety standards to promote Pomerleau’s HS&E standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all employees and trade partners on the project

This role could be for you if you have

• 0-3 years’ experience in the building construction industry;
• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and exert strong organizational skills;
• Solid written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation;

**The successful candidate will be required to obtain federal personal security clearance to the Level of Secret (10 years of continuous Canada residency, clear criminal record)**
